Job applications. When you apply for a position or submit a general application, we collect the information you provide: name, contact details, work history, and any other information in your application, along with how you heard about the position.

Referrals. When an employee refers a candidate, we collect the contact details of both the employee and the candidate as submitted in the referral form. This means we may receive information about you from someone else (the referring employee); employees should only refer candidates who have agreed to be referred.

Analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies (see "Cookies and analytics" below), we collect usage data such as pages visited and general interaction patterns.

Application and referral information is used to evaluate candidates and manage the hiring process for the relevant portfolio company. We share it with service providers that support that process:

• Tenstreet — processes driver and other job applications on our behalf. Driver applications may involve additional notices and authorizations (for example, for background checks or DOT-required records) presented separately during the application process.
• Azure Communication Services and SendGrid — deliver application and referral emails to our recruiting team.
• LeadConnector — powers the chat widget if you choose to use it.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use Google Analytics and Hotjar to understand site traffic. Neither runs until you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, or have not yet made a choice, no analytics scripts load and no analytics cookies are set. The site works identically either way.

We keep application and referral information for as long as needed to evaluate candidates and manage hiring, and afterward as required by applicable employment and record-keeping laws. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics and Hotjar according to their retention settings; the consent cookie expires after 12 months.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the personal information we handle, including transmitting application data over encrypted connections to the service providers listed above.

This site is a job portal and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information through the site, contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent you previously gave. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California and Texas, may also have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion or correction, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
