Mesilla Valley Transportation is hiring an Equipment Control Coordinator in El Paso, TX!
The Equipment Control Coordinator I is responsible for maintaining the Transportation Management System (TMS) and performing quality control functions to ensure accuracy and cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities:
- Work with departments to ensure truck issues are solved and recovered.
- Accurately enter and maintain operational data within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Track trucks and maintain all the necessary reports to communicate to departments including other departments across company.
- Perform daily audits of fleet divisions with no discrepancies.
- Maintain daily and accurate inventory of tablets.
- Inspect all trucks for damage and cleanliness.
- Maximize resource utilization to support efficient fleet operations.
- Monitor and respond to emails and internal communications in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a motor carrier operation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite or related software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of North American geography.
- Bilingual (preferred)
