JOB SUMMARY
Plans, coordinates, and monitors inventory logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory,
transportation, and distribution of customer retreads. The goal is to manage the entire retread
transportation cycle to enhance business development, ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with and assist Senior Retread Plant Manager.
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service.
• Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost.
• Direct, optimize and coordinate retread orders.
• Keep track of raw casings and new product stock.
• Receiving the retread rubber into to ADaM.
• Accurately process all invoices through Accounts Payables.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
• Work closely with and assist Store Managers and Commercial Tire Consultants on searching for
customer casings, inter-company transfers and picking-up large orders from local
manufacturers.
• Manage casings and retread inventory for Eastbay Tire, CRST/Gardner, Smith & Son Tire and
Kroger.
• Responsible for executing customer delivery schedules, proper loading and unloading, and
obtaining signed paperwork from customer.
• Maintain assigned equipment to facilitate smooth, safe, and effective operations.
• Follow all safety rules, wear proper PPE, and demonstrate safety conscious mindset.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR record. Must be able to meet insurability
standards.
• Phenomenal customer service skills: serve as a role model, trainer, and motivator in delivering
excellent customer service to all customers.
• Financial skills: sales driven professional with the ability to control and understand costs and
deliver results that exceed expectations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong team player.
• High energy level and positive attitude.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of commercial tire experience.
• Broad knowledge of retread production.
• Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software.
