The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Analyst II will be responsible for providing support to a wide variety of customer types and situations. Progressive levels of responsibility within the role will necessitate a more proactive approach to preventing future issues and fostering customer education.

Responsibilities:

• Handle more complex and critical technical issues.
• Mentor and train junior support staff.
• Advise on more complex technical issues that Analys I cannot resolve, as needed.
• Provide basic & advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving for technical issues.
• Develop deep knowledge of specific products, services, and technologies.
• Help develop training materials and deliver training sessions.
• Perform advanced system health checks and report anomalies.
• Create, review, and approve knowledge base articles for internal and external use.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in IT related field (Required).
• Two to seven (2 – 7) years of relevant experience (Required). An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• Basic certifications (Preferred) - A+, CCNA, Network+.
