TheSales Representativedevelops new prospects, leads, and the creation of new accounts which will result in long-lasting existing customer relationships. Connects with clients who specialize in pick-up trucks and light-duty fleets that will generate revenue for the parts and service departments. Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. Responsibilities: Be the primary point of contact and build new long-term relationships with customers who deal with the light-duty fleets. Build and maintain good business relations with new customers. Achieve new, add and renew annual sales quota to the desired gross margin requirements. Assist with developing brochures, social media, and other marketing items. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for working with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients who specialize in light vehicles. Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts, and agreements to maximize profits. Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes. Conduct inside sales by contacting potential and existing customers via phone and e-mail. Satisfy customers’ needs and requests by responding to all inquiries in a timely manner. Feeding back all suggestions for improvement and market research to management. Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace. Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. Stay up to date on industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth. Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers. Responsible for maintaining customers in companies’ customer relationship management system. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications: 2 years of Outside Sales experience (preferred). Valid State Driver's License; must meet insurability standards. Knowledge in the transportation industry is a plus. Proven account management or other relevant experience. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customers’ needs. Excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills. Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends. A Service Advisor greetscustomersandlistens to their description of the problems or service needed, determines the type of service required, and prepares repair orders. If a vehicle requires additional repairs not covered in the original order, they estimate the additional cost and telephone the customer for permission to do the work, they also advise customers on other available services. Schedule: Available shifts: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. / Tuesday - Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Salary + Commission!!!!!!!! Responsibilities: Advises customers about necessary services for routine maintenance. Helps identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test. Confers with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare a work order for needed repairs. Prepares a repair order showing time, cost, and labor estimates for service. Writes a brief description of the customer's concern on the repair order to help the technician locate the problem. Explains the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer. Handles customer complaints. Schedules service appointments. Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible. Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information. Test drives the vehicle with the customer as needed to confirm the problem or refer to the test technician. Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service. Advises customers on the care of theirvehiclesand the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications. Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts. Establishes “promised time.” Checks with the technician, if necessary. Obtains customer's signature on repair order; provides the customer with a copy. Establishes customer's method of payment. Obtains credit approval, if necessary. Notifiesdispatcher of incoming work. Checks on the progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed. Implements and maintains a service marketing program. Reviews repair orders to ensure that work is completed, and additional work and authorization is noted. Closes repair order as appropriate. Ensures that vehicles are parked in assigned areas. Makes sure they are locked, and all keys are marked and put away correctly. Keeps service department forms, menus, and pricing guide up to date. Implements a quality control process to eliminate comebacks. Maintains high customer satisfaction standards. Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process. Maintains a professional appearance. Keeps work area clean. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications: Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three or more years of Service (Shop) related experience. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification Manufacturer Training Must have a valid Driver's License. The Medium/Heavy-Duty Truck Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining diesel and gasoline engine industrial trucks according to dealership and factory specifications. Job Type: Full-Time / Las Cruces, NMPay: FLAT-RATE - the employee is paid per job instead of a salary or per hour. The Body Technician repairs damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards. Responsibilities: Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards. Checks parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received. Prepares vehicles for body repair work. Notifies management of any additional repairs needed. Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time. Maintains tools and equipment in a proper state of repair. Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including a respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials. Reports any deviations to management. Cooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles. Understands keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc. Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Working knowledge of all aspects of repairs for damaged vehicles including bodywork and when to replace or repair parts.
