Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operations Support
• Track incoming payments and assist with accounts receivable follow-up
• Manage subscriptions, renewals, and vendor accounts
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
• Process receipts and expense documentation
• Run business-related errands and provide general administrative support
• Assist with employee onboarding and training coordination
• Support vehicle administration including registrations, maintenance scheduling, and
documentation
Marketing & Sales Support
• Assist with trade show preparation, logistics, and on-site support
• Prepare, print, and organize sales brochures and marketing materials
• Create and schedule social media posts across company platforms
• Support LinkedIn postings and company visibility initiatives
• Assist with direct marketing campaigns and outreach efforts
• Help coordinate and organize promotional materials and presentations
• Provide presentation support including formatting slides and preparing materials
• Assist with social media video coordination, posting, and basic content management
Qualifications
• Previous administrative, marketing, or operations experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
• Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, or marketing tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with LinkedIn business posting and social media management
• Basic bookkeeping or invoicing experience
• Marketing coordination or executive assistant background
