The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for driving visibility, accountability, and process consistency across all sales teams. This role supports sales performance by ensuring disciplined execution of sales processes, maintaining accurate pipeline visibility, and identifying performance gaps early.

Responsibilities:

· Develops and maintains weekly sales performance reports across all locations.

· Tracks key sales metrics including activity levels, pipeline movement, and overall effectiveness.

· Analyzes data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.

· Ensures consistent use of CRM systems and enforces pipeline discipline across teams.

· Audits pipeline accuracy and identifies stalled or at-risk opportunities.

· Monitors progress on key target accounts for each sales representative.

· Maintains accurate and organized reporting systems for sales performance tracking.

· Communicates findings and performance updates clearly to leadership.

Qualifications:

· Prior Commercial Tire Sales experience is preferred.

· Must have a valid Driver License to maintain insurability standards.

· Ability to travel within the United Sates.

· Proven account management skills required for lead generation, as well as maintaining and enhancing customer relationships.

· Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.

· Ability to read and communicate in English (must), and Spanish (preferred).

· Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel.
