We are seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of logistics and customer service within a professional setting. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect data from multiple sources (spreadsheets, systems, emails, reports)
  • Compile and maintain recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Format and present reports in Excel, PowerPoint, or other tools
  • Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes
  • Support documentation of reporting procedures and workflows
  • Assist in transitioning manual reports toward automation (when applicable)
  • Communicate findings clearly to team members and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables preferred)
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
