Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of service technicians and support staff.
• Drive department performance by meeting forecasted goals, managing budgets, and improving customer satisfaction.
• Monitor technician productivity and ensure efficient scheduling and time management.
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as manufacturer policies.
• Build lasting customer relationships through transparency, communication, and top-quality service.
• Implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer retention.
• Maintain accurate records of service operations, parts inventory, and warranty procedures.
• Collaborate with factory representatives and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required).
• 2–4 years of experience in service management or a related field; industry experience is a plus.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple custom projects and production scheduling with attention to detail.
• A clean, valid driver’s license (required).
• Experience with manufacturer training is a bonus.
