As our Regional Operations Manager, you will take ownership of your region’s success — managing P&L statements, setting strategic performance objectives, and ensuring operational efficiency across all locations. The Regional Manager can report to Paramount, CA or Mentone, CA facility and will be expected to travel between all stores in the assigned region (California).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and manage financial performance, including P&L oversight, for all centers in your region.
• Plan, evaluate, and continuously optimize operations for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development efforts for Center Managers; conduct regular performance appraisals.
• Deliver actionable performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
• Implement staff training programs and enforce adherence to safety, health, and business regulations.
• Champion company standards of excellence and customer service across all centers.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute business, marketing, and advertising initiatives.
• Travel regularly to visit and support all centers in your region.

Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of experience in the Tire Industry, with at least three (3) years of experience in leadership roles (Required).
• Proven ability to interpret P&L statements and drive profitability.
• Inspirational leadership skills to motivate and develop a successful team.
• Outstanding multitasking and delegation capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, even under high-pressure situations.
• Deep understanding of operational policies, business goals, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to manage complex regional operations.
• Proficiency in creating detailed reports and presentations on performance metrics.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Compensation:

• Salary ranges from $100,000 - $150,000 per year.
• Role qualifies for incentive bonus dependent on performance of company and stores in assigned region.
