The Evening F&B Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Sunset Grill, delivering exceptional service to guests, and supporting the F&B Manager in leading a team of dedicated staff. The F&B Assistant Manager will be the real-time point of contact in overseeing the restaurant staff performance, support, and addressing escalated customer situations.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize all available resources to ensure guests always receive a true fine-dining experience.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a guest-oriented environment that is focused on high-quality service and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain stock without over-ordering.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in training and supervising restaurant staff.
• Manage staff assignments to maintain optimal coverage.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required). 
• Two years of experience in a restaurant environment (Preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Obtain Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Server certifications within 30 days of hire (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including over 8 hours per day, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with other employees, and guests.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
