The In-Bond Clerk is responsible for processing in-bond shipments effectively and supporting the Overages, Shortages, and Damages (OS&D) department when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the appropriate CBP ACE Portal to accurately process in-bond shipments that have arrived or are being exported.
• Effectively handle a heavy volume of calls while providing quality customer service.
• Utilize spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel, to update daily reporting.
• Maintains computer systems by updating and entering data. 
• Performs basic administrative tasks, such as preparing correspondence, making photocopies, processing mail, and scanning documents to send via email.
• Support the OS&D department as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) (Preferred).
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn AS400.
