We are seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of logistics and customer service within a professional setting. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in various training programs to better understand Customer Success and Logistics goals. 
• Participate in a mentorship program that drives success within the assigned internship projects. 
• Observe members of the Customer Success and/or Logistics team to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Review current reporting needs and make recommendations based on trends/patterns. 
• Take lead on assigned projects and collaborate with team members to drive completion. 
• Support Customer Success and/or Logistics teams with administrative duties as needed.  

Qualifications:

• Actively enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program with expected completion within 1 year of internship start. Bachelor’s degree should be in related field, such as Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics. 
• Full proficiency with Microsoft Office suite or related software. Advanced Excel knowledge preferred. 
• Basic knowledge and understanding of motor carrier operations and geography. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Open to feedback and eager to learn.
