The Medium/Heavy-Duty Truck Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining diesel and gasoline engine industrial trucks according to dealership and factory specifications. 

Job Type: Full-Time / Las Cruces, NM
Pay: FLAT-RATE - the employee is paid per job instead of a salary or per hour.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 or more years’ minimum experience; preferably in the Heavy-Duty Truck Industry.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, CDL a plus
• Sales Skills and ability to make appropriate service recommendations
• Basic engine knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, service software).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Ability to solve problems in an efficient and effective manner
