The Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for inspecting and preparing the truck to ensure the driver can operate safely on the road.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a final inspection on the truck to ensure the truck is in good condition, operates safely, and adheres to DOT regulations.
• Wipes and dust truck interior if needed.
• Ensure truck license plates, inspection stickers, permit books, and all other forms are placed properly on the truck.
• Ensure trucks are relocated to the appropriate locations in the yard including units in the 30-minute lane and local lane.
• Respond to driver questions and concerns regarding tractor, yard, and DOT tractor standards.
• Report daily truck number count to Equipment Control Coordinator.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Must be able to operate a tractor.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
