A Dispatcher is responsible for assisting operations to support drivers of our fast-paced organization efficiently and effectively. 

Responsibilities:

• Takes calls from Commercial customers and dispatches service technicians to provide service to commercial trucks
• Continuously monitor the GPS System to track Service Technicians on service calls.
• Accurately enters data into company computer systems while ensuring efficiency.
• Escalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines while demonstrating high resource utilization.
• Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography
• Proficient communicator in both English and Spanish language
