Talent Acquisition Manager

We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting team while managing the daily operations and end-to-end talent acquisition processes. The role will support leadership in all components of attracting, developing, and retaining talent. The role requires close and collaborative working relationships with all levels of leadership to create recruiting strategies that align field talent acquisition with our growth objectives.


  • Coach, lead and inspire talent acquisition team in pursuit of organizational goals, setting direction, priorities, and metrics to drive the business.
  • Develop creative methods for using technology and tools to enhance the proactive recruitment, screening, and hiring of qualified individuals; proactively recommend innovative new recruiting strategies and sourcing initiatives
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation; execute strategies to improve hiring processes, build capabilities in data-driven decision-making, talent forecasting, sourcing techniques, and interview best practices.
  • Work closely with all levels of management to determine long-term strategic hiring needs and ensure the highest level of service is provided.
  • Partner directly and effectively with HR and members of other cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Audit and analyze data regularly to identify challenging positions to fill; set metrics to measure success
  • Responsible for department budget, goals, metrics, objectives, and systems that directly impact HR strategy and overall company business plans
  • Lead creative and non-traditional recruitment strategies to source passive candidates and build skilled and diverse talent pools for all positions with particular focus on hard to fill, technical and high-volume positions
  • Develop, implement, manage, and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, including appropriate job boards


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing other Talent Acquisition team members and department strategies and objectives
  • Multi-company experience a plus
  • Experience at building effective relationships
  • Problem-solving and results-focused professional
  • Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task
  • Capability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines
  • Strong negotiation, communication, research, and analytical skills
  • Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases and internet sourcing tools
  • Excellent working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
