Our feedstocks include a large variety of lipid oil sources including used cooking oil, crude cottonseed, tallow, sunflower, canola, soy, and a number of others.

A Helpdesk Technician is responsible for resolving technical computer issues and ensuring proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear and consistent communication with high integrity. 
  • Assist in the review of issues presented through email, chat, phone, or through the helpdesk ticketing system. 
  • Analyzes ticket trends, identifies, and proposes solutions to common problems and complaints. 
  • Ensures security of stored information and gives access to appropriate personnel. 
  • Performs hands-on technical computer installation, upgrade, and repair. 
  • Loads appropriate software packages such as operating systems, networking components, and office applications. 
  • Works with team members to solve challenges. 
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Replace/Install hardware such as; disk drives, printers, cables, scanners, etc. 
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses. 
  • Meet established individual and team performance targets. 
  • Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art tools, techniques, and computing equipment; participates in educational opportunities when available. 
  • Stays up to date with all employment/Human Resources adjustments including adding/creating new employees, moving, and deactivating employees. 
  • When necessary, must be able to work extended hours beyond the normal workday. 
  • Maintains professional appearance. 
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT), Cisco Certified Technician (CCT), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing & Switching, CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ (ITF+), Comp TIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+.
