A Driver Recruiter is responsible for pursuing leads to increase the number of drivers needed for company fleets, matching the best candidates to MVT lanes and routes, and contributing to driver retention. They will work together with Operations teams by facilitating the transition of onboarding drivers to their new roles, addressing challenges drivers face during the transitional period, and ensuring drivers’ needs are met per company guidelines.

** This is a fast-paced sales role that will often require hours outside of standard business hours, however, the commission structure is very competitive and uncapped **

Key measures of success include:

• Recruit an average of 2 new drivers to MVT each week.
• Recruited drivers remain with the company.
• Be recognized by team, peers, and drivers as a key supporter.

** We are looking for individuals who are available to work a flexible workweek which would include some weekend coverage **

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous Transportation experience is preferred, but not required.
• Successful Sales and/or Customer Service experience required.
• Knowledge of regulations that pertain to driver hiring, but are not required
• Competent user of MS Office/Windows.
