An Alignment Technician aligns cars, light, and medium trucks. Performs oil changes, brake, and suspension work.

Responsibilities:

• Performing complete vehicle alignment on commercial trucks and other vehicles such as cars, motor homes, light and medium trucks, and trailers.
• Performing commercial tire service.
• Performs oil changes.
• Repairs brakes and suspension.
• Properly secure vehicle to lift to ensure safe operation.
• Uses proper tools for all work.
• Properly dismount and remount tires and wheels securely on the vehicle.
• Repair or replace tires on light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks.
• Responsible for proper installation of all parts.
• Disposes of waste oil and fluids in accordance with state regulations.
• Ensures vehicles are functioning properly and within Department of Transportation and Occupational Safety and Health Act Compliance.
• Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
• Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
• Keeps shop area neat and clean.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Shift 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Mon-Fri

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a self-starter and be willing to take initiative.
• Willing and able to work without direct supervision.
• Alignment and light mechanical experience.
